01 Training

Use AI tools effectively

Practical training for leaders and teams who want to get more value from conversational AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and DeepSeek.

The training goes beyond learning prompts. Participants develop a better understanding of how to work with AI: how to frame a problem, provide useful context, interrogate an answer, recognise limitations and use the tools as part of their own thinking and work.

The programme connects new ideas to what participants already know, builds the concepts needed to understand the tools, provides opportunities to practise using them on realistic tasks, and consolidates what they have learned so they can apply it independently afterwards.

Format
Structured as a series of sessions, with time between sessions to practise and apply what has been learned. The programme can be adapted to the organisation, participants and the tools they use.

Leaders and teams who use, or expect to use, conversational AI as part of their work.
Outcome
Greater confidence and capability in using AI tools effectively and safely, with the practical judgement to recognise their limitations and know when outputs need checking.

02 Workshops

Judge what others are proposing

Build the judgement to assess the AI agents, workflows and proposals being presented by suppliers or internal teams.

That might include a pilot, a vendor proposal, a governance question, an investment decision or a discussion about where AI belongs in the organisation. The workshop provides enough understanding of the underlying technology to examine the assumptions, trade-offs and reasoning involved.
